TANGO
A Map for Human Performance
TANGO brings together the essential dimensions of human performance.
Each part matters. Together, they create the conditions for Flow to emerge.

When the layers align,
Flow can emerge.
The map in practice
You have the map. Now try carrying it with you. Not as a checklist. Not as something to work through. Just as another way of paying attention.
The next time something changes — in training, in competition, or anywhere you are asking something of yourself — stop for a moment. Listen. Observe. What is happening?
Maybe you'll notice your body before you notice anything else. Maybe your breathing has changed. Maybe your attention has narrowed. Maybe you're fighting something that doesn't need to be fought.
You don't need to name it. You don't need to fix it. Just notice.
With time, you may start to recognise the different parts of the map without deliberately looking for them. And that is really the point.
The map is not something to memorise. It is something to become familiar with. The more familiar it becomes, the more easily you may recognise what is happening while it is happening.
Use what you notice to make a choice. To adapt. To keep showing up in a way that aligns with what matters. Then return to the map again.
Try it. See what you notice.
